Jerry McRoberts

Mr. McRoberts is one of the 2 key Co-founders & a Managing Partner Maverix Ventures LLC.

Mr. McRoberts Companies include Abacus Capital LLC and Eldorado Capital LLC. Mr. McRoberts formed Abacus Capital LLC with offices in Santa Fe New Mexico and Seattle, Washington. Abacus is a private investment firm which specializes in acquiring, merging, & financing emerging growth companies both as principal and has accumulated vested holdings in private and public companies. Eldorado Capital LLC is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico and also accumulates interests in private and public companies.Prior to forming Eldorado Capital and Abacus Capital, McRoberts has been the owner of McRoberts and Associates, a boutique holding company, that began as an executive search firm specializing in the placement of senior level financial deal makers within corporate banking, investment banking, money management, and mezzanine and subordinated debt groups nationwide. Clients have included Sanford Bernstein, Fuji Bank Ltd., Daichi-Kangyo Bank Ltd., Australia New Zealand Bank, Heller Financial, Finova Capital (Formerly Greyhound Capital).

Gordon Wiltse

Mr. Wiltse is one of the 2 key Co-founders and a Managing Partner of Maverix Ventures LLC. He is the Secretary and Director of Santa Fe Green Surfaces Inc., a Maverix founded company.

Previously Wiltse co-founded Lions Petroleum, a publicly traded oil and gas company where he acted as CFO, CEO and Director. He is also the President of Westland Resources a private producing natural gas company that has applied to be listed on the OTCBB exchange. Prior to 2000 Wiltse was the founder and President of Atlas Mortgage, a private licensed mortgage brokerage company in British Columbia, Canada.

Joseph Herrmann

Mr. Herrmann is a partner in Maverix Ventures LLC. and the Chief Executive Officer & President of Santa Fe Green Surfaces Inc., a Maverix founded company.

Mr. Herrmann is a seasoned executive who most recently was President and Chief Operating Officer of COSS Development Corporation, a leading software company in the financial services industry. Prior to that, he was COO and CIO of two multi-line insurance groups. He has a strong track record of growing companies' profitably. Joe is a graduate of Marquette University with advanced studies at the American College and the University of Wisconsin. He holds four advanced designations. 

Robert Bell

Mr. Bell has over 25 years as a global deal maker. He has been employed by several large companies such as IBM,General Electric and Siemens.

As CEO, he built an under $2 EBITDA per year company and sold the company in just over four years for over one billion dollars.

Mr. Bell is also a noted philanthropist and investor.
